Job Title: Interim Registered Nurse
Up to £21 per hour
Full-time 5 days a week
 
We are currently working with a small charity who currently require a Registered Nurse based on-site in their Nursing/Dementia service in Wigan for 1 month with the possibility of an extension.
Reporting directly to the Clinical Services Manager the successful candidate will be overseeing a unit of up to 16 residents.
 
The successful candidate must,

Have an Active Nursing PIN.
Monitor resident conditions and complete relevant documentation such as risk assessments and updating of care plans.
Supervise morning medication rounds, ensuring accurate dispensing and assessment of resident needs and complete medication counts for residents.
Ensure any communication with the MDT is recorded and all MDT referrals are completed.
Achieve a reduction in medication errors and effectively manage resident falls.
NHS experience is an advantage.
