Outbound Customer Renewals Advisor

Location: Bristol (BS32 postcode)

Hours: Full Time – Permanent – 35 hours per week

Salary: OTE of up to £32,000 per annum

The role:

What you’ll do…

* Effectively engage with members who are renewing their membership with the RAC

* You will operate in our client’s fast-paced environment, and will deliver exceptional customer focused solutions in order to retain members

* Delivering Exceptional Service to our customers ensuring we have the customer at the heart of everything we do

* Reviewing RAC’s Customer memberships and promoting the differences versus competitors

* Promoting RAC’s products and services identifying the customers’ needs and recommending specific products where needed.

* Recording member's data and requests in an accurate manner and using our client’s system

The candidate:

What you’ll need…

* Enjoy talking to customers

* Are empathetic and able to build rapport with our members, in an outgoing, engaging manner

* Are self-motivated and passionate about finding the right outcomes for customers

* Have a desire to deliver a first-class customer experience to over 2 million customers.

* Can demonstrate the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced sales contact centre, and work well under pressure to meet KPIs

* Ideally have previous experience working within a sales focussed environment and can demonstrate excellent customer service.

Job title: Outbound Customer Renewals Advisor

Location: Bristol (BS32)

Working hours: This is a full-time, permanent role. Monday – Friday - Will be 7-hour shifts, working between the hours of 08:00 – 19:00 with alternative Saturdays OR Sundays (09:00am-5:00pm with rest day in the week)

Salary: £25,585 per annum with an OTE of up to £32,000
