Key responsibilities of the Senior Property Lawyer role:

Depending on the level of experience, the lawyers in the property team deal with the following type of work:

Directly managing 3 Lawyers and 1 Legal assistant.
Assisting with allocation of work, personal development and 1:1s.
Supporting and deputising for the Principal Lawyer and providing training and support to Lawyers in the team.
Leases of industrial units and lease renewals.
Right to buy matters.
Option agreements and development agreements.
Residential and commercial property.
Sales and acquisitions
