We're partnering with a rapidly growing consultancy on a mission to empower companies navigating digital transformation challenges. With an ambitious 3-year expansion plan, they seek a Senior Consultant with a background in financial services & technology and transformation consulting to join them on their journey.

Location Workplace Policy: 2 days in a central London office (must be based in the UK without visa/sponsorship requirements)

Salary: £55k – £65k + package

Who you are:

* Background in technology and transformation consulting

* Proven track record in leading and managing program or portfolio delivery, particularly within financial services or consultancy.

* Experience navigating regulatory and financial environments.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.

* Adept at managing expectations, workloads, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Demonstrated understanding of both traditional and Agile project delivery methodologies.

* A passion for continuous learning and staying current within the tech industry.

* Experience with RAID methodology and managing cross-functional dependencies.

* Composed under pressure and able to deliver exceptional client service.

* Ambitious and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed expectations.
