Salary: £20,092.20 - £23,964.60 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: 22.5 hours Tuesday- Thursday
Contract Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging mathematics lessons tailored to students of varying skill levels, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Regularly evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and support to promote improvement.
Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the mathematics curriculum and collaborate with colleagues to implement effective teaching strategies. Candidate Requirements:

Qualifications:

Minimum of Level 3 in Mathematics or A-Level Mathematics.
Teaching Qualification (TQ) is desirable but not essential.
Candidates without a TQ should be willing to work towards obtaining one. Skills and Attributes:

Strong subject knowledge with a genuine passion for mathematics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students.
