Location: Worcester (with regular travel to project sites)
Salary: Up to £52,500
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

As an Assistant SPC Manager, you’ll drive efficiency and excellence in SPC management across our PFI projects. Key responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing robust financial and operational policies.
Supporting health and safety monitoring and ensuring compliance.
Managing and reporting changes to facilities, services, and contractual arrangements.
Monitoring third-party service providers, focusing on FM Services, to minimise deductions.
Overseeing lifecycle activities, statutory reports, and variations in line with operational contracts. To excel in this role, you’ll bring:
A degree in construction or FM disciplines, or extensive project management experience.
Proven knowledge of PFI project operations and Health & Safety regulations.
Experience collaborating with client representatives and stakeholders.
