We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor role based in the West Bromwich area.
This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team within a growing manufacturing company.

Salary - £26-28K
Hours - 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday
Main Duties:
* First point of contact for customer queries
* Answering a range of internal and external calls.
* Escalating problems internally when required
* Following up delivery schedules, identifying products required by the customer and ensuring queries are dealt with in a proactive and timely manner.
* Tracking outstanding deliveries and liaising with site managers/transport team.
* Processing customer orders & raising additional items required to resolve aftercare issues.
Requirements:
* Previous office based customer service experience in a fast paced environment.
* Strong IT and administration skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Willing to learn, flexible and adaptable
* Strong problem solving skills
