Dynamite recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established organisation who have sites across the UK. Due to a busy period our client is looking to recruit a Coordinator to join the organisation immediately.
As an Coordinator you will work as part of a specialist department to assist the team, acting as a key point of contact.
As a Coordinator you will be responsible for:
To support a team with all general administrative tasks.
Leading performance reviews for a specialist team.
Handle compliance documentation.
Diary management duties and coordinating appointments.
Raising purchase orders and handling invoicing.
Liaise frequently with the Group Board to provide progress updates.
Maintain records and updating accordingly. The ideal Coordinator will have/be:
Experience of providing administrative support in a diverse setting.
Excellent IT skills.
Previous knowledge of housing maintenance is desired.
Demonstrates competence in the use of a wide range of I.T. based systems but particularly Microsoft suite of applications, including Word and Excel.
Demonstrates high standards of customer service skills.
Strong communication skills when liaising with internal/external departments, customers and third parties.
Strong attention to detail.
