Executive Assistant \ Company Secretary | Committees | Financial Services | BELFAST | HYBRID 3 days in the office per week | £480/day Inside IR35 | 12 Month Contract

Our Investment Banking client is seeking a talented and experienced Company Secretary to join their Belfast office to assist in the smooth running of the team while also carrying out a range of governance related work in supporting regulated and unregulated legal entities.

In this role you will:

Support arranging Governance Committee meetings
Company Secretary administrative duties
Assist Committee CoordinatorsYour essential background and experience will include:

6 - 8 years minimum experience as a Company Secretary in Financial Services or a corporate regulated environment
Previous Company Secretarial experience servicing committees or boards is essential.
Meeting Management and minute taking skills are essential
Attention to detail
Excellent stakeholder management

Location: Belfast

Hybrid: 3 Days in the office per week

Rate: Up to £480/d Inside IR35 (You will work through an umbrella firm in this role)

Contract: 12 month
