We are looking for compassionate and committed individuals to support students aged 10-19 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a variety of educational settings. In this role, you will work closely with students to provide tailored support, helping them to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and small group support for students with ASD.
Assist in developing and implementing individualized learning plans.
Help students to engage with the curriculum in a way that suits their learning style.
Encourage and support students’ social and emotional development.
Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.

Requirements:

Experience working with children or young people with autism.
A caring and patient approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Relevant qualifications (e.g. SEN or Teaching Assistant qualification) are desirable but not essential.
