Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Central London

Experience Required: Office Fit Out

Package: £95,000 per annum plus car allowance

Skilled Careers are working with a leading Main Contractor who are on the lookout for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be the lead on a £50m Office Fit Out Project in Central London.

This is a Main Contractor who are renowned for working on some of the most prestigious projects in London and are also known for promoting from within.

Responsibilities

The Commercial Lead on an Office Fit Out Project in the heart of London and you would be managing a commercial team underneath.

Placement of robust Orders takes place before work commences in accordance with current company contractual arrangements occurs.

Timely preparation and presentation of accurate internal cost and value reports occurs.

Produce and issue all commercial notices, to both the Client and Subcontractors, as required by the form of contract.

Requirements

Experience within the Fit Out sector.

Main Contractor experience.

Ideally degree qualified.
