Join a leading manufacturing company in the automotive industry as a Senior IT Technician. Based in Middlesbrough, you'll be providing critical IT support to internal colleagues across five UK sites, with occasional travel required. Senior IT Technician
Middlesbrough/Hybrid
£35,000 - £40,000

Main Duties:

Provide 2nd/3rd line IT support to internal teams, both onsite and remotely.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across the organisation.
Work on IT infrastructure projects and system upgrades.
Maintain and support business-critical systems.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as necessary.
Ensure seamless operation of IT services across all UK sites.Tech Requirements:

Strong experience with Windows Server environments.
Proficient in Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS/DHCP.
Experience with virtualisation technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware.
Strong networking skills (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, etc.).
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange Online.
Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.Benefits:
