Internal Sales Administrator required for a 10 month fixed term contract, with the potential for extension beyond the 10 months.
Working full time, 35hrs per week with an early 3pm finish every Friday!
£24,000 - £25,000 per annum depending on experience
What you'll be responsible for:
First point of contact for customers, email or telephone
Ensuring good information has been entered into the CRM system
Create / send offers via the ERP system
Following up on offers and outstanding loans
Create reports
Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained
Ensure smooth daily running of the office, assist with managing office contracts with Utilities and other suppliers
Support analysis, planning & forecasting using order and customer data
Assisting with market research
Recording warranty requests
Logistics management
Diary management and travel coordination
What you'll bring with you:
CRM systems experience
Excellent customer service skills
Excel skills
