Job Title: Talent Acquisition & Development Manager
Salary: 40k-45k
Hours: Monday to Friday
Location: Bournemouth
 
Due to continued growth and exciting expansion plans, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition & Development Manager to join our team and take responsibility for the operational talent agenda including talent management, acquisition and development.

This is a really exciting time for us as we continue to grow, and this role will manage Initial search, screen and onboarding of staff.  This will also include responsibility for growing and developing the Kemp academy, a graduate academy designed to attract, develop, mentor and prepare individuals for “in team” working.
