Assist residents with personal care, mobility, and mealtimes.
Provide emotional support and companionship.
Observe and report changes in residents' well-being.
Maintain accurate records and follow care plans.
Work effectively as part of a team.What We're Looking For:

A compassionate and empathetic nature.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliability and punctuality.
A valid Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months, or on the update service.
A drivers license, due to the various locations of shifts.
Previous care experience as a Care Assistant or Healthcare assistant is essential
A care certificate is require (We can support with this if needed)Desirable (but not essential):

NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
Experience working with dementia.
