Finance Manager – EMEIA

The Role:
We are currently looking for an Finance Manager to lead our EMEIA Finance Team.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for providing financials, driving process improvements, and ensuring financial compliance for all EMEIA entities of The Kurt J Lesker Company. You will lead a team of dynamic and experienced financial professionals, so you must be passionate about both people and process. This role would suit a strategic financial leader, looking to join a fast-paced international business.

Role expectations:

* Lead the EMEIA Accounting team

* Manage and oversee the daily/monthly/yearly operations of the department

* Develop and streamline ERP system and processes

* Drive a timely and accurate month-end close

* Develop and implement training programs for the accounting team

* Design, document, and enforce policies in accordance with local accounting standards as well as US GAAP for consolidation purposes

* Review all account reconciliations monthly

* Lead internal and external audits for the Ltd and GmbH entities

* Manage EMEIA annual budgeting process

What we expect from you:

* Proven experience working in a similar role

* Previous experience in multi-entity business

* ACA/ CIMA Qualified or equivalent

* Prior experience managing a successful accounting team

* High attention to detail and accuracy

* Drive to keep up with emerging technologies and financial trends (continuous improvement)

* Ambition to continue professional development in line with business growth and demands

This is a full-time, permanent role based from our office in St Leonards, East Sussex.
