The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Contracts Manager with a background in residential groundworks. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple contracts, leading site teams, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage multiple residential groundworks projects from inception to completion.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

*

Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

*

Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.

*

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and drive efficiency.

*

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

*

Work closely with commercial and operational teams to maximise project profitability.

*

Prepare and review project reports, risk assessments, and method statements.

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in residential groundworks.

*

Strong technical knowledge of groundworks, drainage, and infrastructure.

*

Excellent leadership and project management skills.

*

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

*

Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.

*

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

*

Full UK driving licence.
