Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and present high-quality pastry dishes in line with the establishment’s standards.

* Collaborate with the Head Pastry Chef to develop new and innovative dessert menus.

* Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.

* Supervise and mentor junior pastry staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

* Manage inventory and order supplies as needed, ensuring cost-effective operations.

* Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into the menu.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-end establishment.

* Culinary degree or relevant certification in pastry arts.

* Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment.

* Creative flair and a passion for producing visually stunning and delicious desserts.

* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
