You'll also get hands-on with general building maintenance, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Be the go-to expert for all things electrical!

* Salary up to £38,000 + van (personal use allowed)

* Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm schedule

* Call-out rota: 1 in 3 weeks (£125 standby with minimal call-outs)

Your role:

* Split your time 50% between planned maintenance and 50% reactive work

* Duties include emergency light tests, fire alarm checks, water temperature monitoring, and tap flushing

* Handle commercial lighting, power systems, AHUs, FCUs, and kitchen appliances like microwaves and dishwashers

What we’re looking for:

* 18th Edition qualification and NVQ Level 3 Electrical (preferred)

* Experience in commercial office environments
