Salary: up to £35,000k + benefits & bonus

This is an excellent opportunity to join a large European organisation in a FMCG / ecommerce brand Warehouse Team Manager role.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organisational abilities, and a good understanding of logistics and warehousing operations + client KPI’s / SLA’s.

Responsibilities

* Absolute focus on delivery of agreed daily service level agreements to customers.

* Manage aspects of distribution warehouse operations order fulfilment & and distribution.

* Develop and implement strategies to optimise logistics and warehousing processes + manage new projects

* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety regulations.

* Lead and motivate the 3rd party warehousing team to achieve performance targets and objectives.

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align logistics and warehousing activities with overall business goals and objectives.

* Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

* To reduce waste costs across the area by delivering improvement activity to drive down costs.

* Support on boarding of new clients and play a key part of the senior management team Partner with UK teams to deliver continuous improvement projects
