Finance Manager – Full-Time or Part-Time

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Lead the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
✔ Manage financial controls and process improvements, identifying areas for optimisation.
✔ Provide financial analysis to support key business decisions.
✔ Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and audit processes.
✔ Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
 
What We’re Looking For:
? Strong technical finance experience, particularly in month-end reporting and controls.
? A problem-solver who can translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
? Excellent communication skills – able to engage with stakeholders across the business.
? Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems.
? Part-qualified (nearing completion) or fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
