Anderselite is currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join a prestigious real estate services firm in central Cambridge. This is a permanent position, ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, service-oriented, and ready to be part of a high-performing Front of House team.

 As a key member of the team, you will deliver exceptional and personalized service to both occupiers and guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience at all times. You’ll help create a positive environment within the property, contributing to its reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome and assist occupiers and guests, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures.
Provide 5-star service, handling queries and resolving issues promptly.
Professionally manage incoming calls and emails.
Ensure the Front of House areas are clean, tidy, and presentable.
Report and follow up on maintenance issues, coordinating with building contractors as needed.
Offer concierge support, including local recommendations for occupiers and guests.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
Provide ad-hoc administrative support as required.
Skills & Experience:

Prior experience in a Front of House or hospitality role.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor.
Strong IT skills and a collaborative team ethic.
Qualifications:

Qualifications in IT and/or hospitality are desirable.
