My Client are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment and re-roofing of a link bridge at one of Manchester's Universities. This is a temporary position, expected to last approximately 8-10 weeks
What you'll need to succeed
Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and university representatives.Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager in refurbishment and roofing projects.SMSTS, FIRST AID, CSCS
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and health and safety standards.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
