Are you an experienced leader with a Counterbalance Licence looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join our growing team in Bristol!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the team in the unloading/loading of trucks and shipping containers.
Book goods into our facility using computers, tablets, and scanners—requiring basic IT skills and good literacy.
Ensure accurate picking and labelling of goods for both export and domestic delivery.
Safely operate Electric Forklift and Reach trucks (Counterbalance Licence required).
Maintain team safety standards and ensure deadlines are met with attention to detail.
Oversee the screening of goods and threat detection using x-ray and hand search methods.
Requirements:

Counterbalance Licence is a must.
Proven leadership experience in a warehouse setting.
Strong organisational skills, a commitment to safety, and an ability to manage diverse tasks.
