Bennett and game are currently working with a leading structural steel fabricator who are looking for a Site Manager for a few sites that have starting on Heathrow Airport in the coming months. Our client has excellent growth and expansion plans within the aviation sector where they are currently working with some high-profile clients.

As the Site Manager, who will be responsible for the daily operations on site. Ensuring the site remains health and safety compliant and is being delivered to the client specifications. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidates to be a part of a growing business and grow themselves as a professional.

Site Manager Position Overview

Prepare and review risk assessments, method statements, fire emergency plans, and critical lift plans to ensure safe and documented procedures.
Ensure all construction activities are planned and executed in accordance with safety policies, objectives, and manuals.
Coordinate logistics and deliveries from subcontractors to the site, ensuring smooth and timely operations.
Conduct DABS briefings, pre-start briefings, and Point of Work Risk Assessments (P.O.W.R.A.).
Lead site inductions for subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures.
Site Based Role.

Site Manager Position Requirements

Relevant experience within civil and structural engineering, ideally would be working on structural steel projects
SMSTS- Site Management Safety Training Scheme
IOSH Management Safety
CSCS
Appointed Person Ticket
Lifting Operations experience

Site Manager Position Remuneration

Salary: £60k - £70k
