Job Title: Mechanical Contracts Manager

Location: Walsall
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Package

Are you an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager looking for your next challenge? We are a well-established Mechanical and Electrical Contractor based in Walsall, operating in sectors including commercial, healthcare, leisure, new build, and refurbishments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee multiple mechanical contracts from inception to completion

* Manage project teams and sub-contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget

* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders

* Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience in managing mechanical contracts across various sectors

* Strong managerial and leadership skills, with the ability to run several contracts simultaneously

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

* In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and project management

* Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
