SALES MANAGER – FIRE SAFETY

c£55k + BONUS

Major Talent are thrilled to be partnering exclusively with a global manufacturer of fire extinguishers and suppression systems.

As part of their strategic growth, they are looking to recruit a Sales Manager to set up trade partner networks and appoint resellers.

THE ROLE:
As a Sales Manager you will be required to:

* Identify and secure new trade partners and distributors

* Develop long-term relationships with trade partners and provide necessary support

* Train the trade partners on internal systems and products

* Carry out presentations at sales meetings and trade exhibitions

* Monitor performance

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal Sales Manager:

* Background in fire safety equipment

* Working knowledge of Kitchen Suppression System, Tube Based System or Fire Extinguishers

* Excellent business development experience with trade contacts in the fire safety industry. Would also consider an Engineer who has strong technical experience in the fire industry but wanting to move into a sales role.

* Client centric approach

* A dynamic personality with the attitude to always do better

* Ability to communicate and engage with people across all levels

BENEFITS:

* £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)

* Bonus of £10,000 - £20,000 per annum

* Contributory Pension Scheme
