Job Title: Change Management Team Leader
Location: Wymondham, Norfolk
Salary: £30,000-£32,000
HOURS: Mon-Fri, 9am to 5.30pm, 1 hour for lunch
Purpose of the role
The Change Management Team Leader role will be responsible for leading a team of change coordinators by managing the team’s workload and any staff related activities.
Within this role you will be the first point of escalation for your staff and other business areas or clients. To assist with this, you will be required to build a good knowledge of the team processes and the overall production process itself.
Main Duties:
• Lead and motivate a team of up to 7 Coordinators
• Balancing workloads within the teams in order to meet internal and external agreed SLAs
• Conducting 1:2:1 meetings and performance reviews with individual team members
• Manage sickness and absence records in adherence to company policies
• Ensure all clients change and BAU activity is met within SLA
• First escalation point of day-to-day contact for clients, (internal and external) on issues
• Setting of team standards and overall responsibility for adherence to these standards
• Building and maintaining a good knowledge of the team processes and the overall production process
• Identify and deliver continuous improvement opportunities
• Provide input and minor support to Planning and Scheduling, when required
• Issue management and escalation as appropriate
• Take ownership of the change/SPIN database and associated processes, measuring performance and efficiency
• Supporting daily production meetings when required
• Measure own team’s performance and accuracy levels, in line with KPIs and efficiency
Skills/Experience:
• Previous Team Management experience within an office setting
• Experience dealing with HR matters, escalation, improvements etc
• Experience of working to tight deadlines
• IT Literate & competent in the use of MS Excel
