Role: Telesales Team Leader/Manager
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
Located: Sheffield
Hours:- Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm
Our client is a seeking an experienced Telesales Team Leader/Manager to join their dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for managing, coaching, and motivating the telesales team to achieve performance targets. The role also includes conducting regular call audits, providing feedback, and ensuring the team delivers high quality customer interactions. The successful candidate must have previous telesales management experience and be able to drive results while maintaining team morale.

The role:
* Lead, manage and motivate a telesales team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPI’s.
* Conduct regular call audits to ensure compliance, quality and effective sales techniques.
* Provide ongoing coaching and development to team members to enhance their skills and performance
* Monitor team performance, analyse data and prepare reports to assess progress toward sales goals.
* Identify areas for improvement within the team and implement strategies to address these.
* Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions
* Collaborate with senior management to develop sales strategies and contribute to the overall sales plan.
* Ensure the team adheres to company policies, procedures and industry regulations.
* Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
* Promote a positive, goal driven and collaborative working environment.
The successful candidate:
* Proven experience in a telesales leadership or management role.
* Strong leadership, coaching and team building skills.
* Excellent communication, motivational and organisation abilities.
* Experience in conducting call audits and provide actionable feedback.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage a fast paced sales environment.
* Solid understanding of telesales processes, techniques and metrics.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
