MTS Recruitment is excited to present an opportunity for a Quality Inspector to join the dynamic Quality Technician team in Slough. The role focuses on maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring a safe work environment. As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for conducting product sample testing, and data entry, providing basic training on quality and product safety, and covering shift patterns as required.

The role is based in Slough and involves working closely with various teams within the company. Key initiatives include accurate testing skills and clear decision-making in maintaining production quality.

Cover 3 shift patterns 05.45- 14.05, 13.45 – 22.05, 21.45 – 06.05 (able to work all three rotating shifts)

Salary: £(phone number removed) including night shift allowance

GCSE Pass (Level 5 & above) for English & Maths

Entry-level role for freshers or graduates 

Manufacturing or inspection experience preferred

Self-motivated & able to work unsupervised

Manage time effectively & able to prioritize tasks

Confident verbal & written communication

Basic word processing & use of email (internal & external)

Understanding & demonstrating correct standards (based on BRCGS Packaging & ISO9001:2015)

Conduct investigations to gather information, find root causes & basic problem-solving
