Reactive Works Scheduler / Maintenance Administrator | Sutton, Greater London | £28K-35K | OTE: 35-45K per annum | Property Services / FM Industry.
Due to an increased demand in works and accounts growing, we are actively recruiting for a Reactive Works Scheduler to join a property services / hard services maintenance business in the Sutton, Greater London area.
The business offer reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and project works across a wide range of commercial environments. As the Reactive Works Scheduler, you will be joining a section of the business, working within a team to assist with the scheduling of circa 30-40 engineers, working across the South of England,
Duties: Reactive Works Scheduler
* Prioritising incoming works based on emergency.
* Uploading and allocating works to engineers on company CAFM system.
* Ensuring engineers are allocated jobs within their skillset in sensible locations of their address to minimise travel time and additional costs.
* Adjusting schedules on a reactive basis to incoming work load.
* Ensuring company and client CAFM systems are up to date with all works.
* Working with Account Managers/Administrators in arranging OOH works.
Package: Reactive Works Scheduler:
* Basic Salary is flexible dependant on experience: £28,000 - £35,000
* Opportunity to increase annual earnings by up to £10,000 per annum if you CHOOSE to join OOH / call out schedule.
* Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30am - 5:30pm, office based.
* Location: Sutton, Greater London

Requirements: Reactive Works Scheduler:
* Must be able to work full time, office based in Sutton, Greater London.
* Experience within a coordinating / allocating / scheduling role with mobile services or similar is highly preferable.
* Experience within the maintenance / trades industry is preferable but not essential.
* Experience using a CAFM system is advantageous, ie: Simrpo, ProNett or similar.
