Due to the location, a driving license is mandatory to be considered for this role.

Our client is a well-established boutique hotel near Corfe Castle, situated in a stunning location in the Purbeck Hills. They are expanding the team due to their recent successes providing catering services for the hotel restaurant, as well as weddings, functions, and events such as shooting days.

What's involved?

As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for prepping and running your station throughout service, supporting the Sous and Head Chefs to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly. You will use your previous experience to guide the junior chefs and kitchen porters, as well as bring fresh ideas to the kitchen.

As a Chef de Partie you will be working with fresh, seasonal produce to create classic, rustic dishes that are sure to leave your guests wanting more!
