Commercial Account Handler - overview
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique insurance needs and providing customized solutions.
Analyse client risk exposures and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage limits to mitigate risks effectively.
Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance underwriters to secure competitive quotes and coverage options for clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve client inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to provide proactive advice and solutions to clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Confident negotiation and analytical skills
Experienced in working in a FCA regulated environment
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Commercial Account Handler - what will you be doing?
* Providing quotations on all Commercial product lines, including Commercial Insurance, with customers demands and needs.
* Supporting Account Executives with client policies, account management
* Dealing with Mid-term adjustments, issuance and renewals and rebroking
* Liaising and negotiating with Insurers and Underwriters on terms and conditions for premiums and terms and endorsements
* Up selling, sales, customer service and teamwork
* Working to targets and deadlines
* Any other duties required by the business
Commercial Account Handler - you will get:
Competitive basic salary up to £35k (Neg DOE)
