Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Pay Rate: £90.15 per day
Location: Birmingham
Hours: 8.30am – 3.30pm

What We’re Looking for in a Teaching Assistant:

* Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

* Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting, ideally those with special educational needs (SEN)

* A patient, caring, and child-centred approach that creates a positive and engaging learning environment

* Ability to work well within a team, bringing positivity and a solution-focused mindset to every situation

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Supporting students aged 2 to 11.

* Assisting the teacher with lesson delivery, helping to tailor learning experiences that meet individual needs.

* Encouraging students to engage in classroom activities and promoting their emotional and social development.

* Helping students build confidence, self-esteem, and a love of learning in a nurturing environment.
