Based in our state-of-the-art office, you'll be the frontline for customer communications, coordinating with contractors to resolve issues efficiently throughout the warranty period.

We're looking for someone who:

Thrives in providing responsive customer service.

Can manage schedules and coordinate service calls effortlessly.

Has previous experience in a similar role within the residential development sector.

What you need:

Experienced in working in a customer service environment in the construction or new homes sector.

Background of dealing with suppliers

Very good IT experience and able to learn our systems with ease
