Vibrance is a registered charity supporting adults with additional needs in London and Essex. Our housing related support services are based in three locations across Haringey.

You will join us on a Full-Time basis, working 37 hours per week. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £23,810 per annum.  

About the Support Worker role:

You will provide support for people with learning disabilities and/or Autism who live in their own homes around the following areas N22, N15, N17.

Many of the people we support have addition physical and mental health conditions.

We will match you to service users and tasks based on your skills and interests.

No week or day is the same and this is a role for people who understand and enjoy flexible and person-centred approaches.

Responsibilities as Support Worker:

Working one to one with service users at home and in the community

Supporting people with housing issues and managing their own home

Supporting people to reach their goals

Supporting people to engage with activities and learn new skills

Supporting people with managing their health

Supporting people with managing their finances including debt management

We are looking for support workers who may already have experience or want to move into the field. We are looking for support workers who are dedicated to motivating people and supporting people to live their own lives.

Effective communication skills in written and spoken English
