What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager with a housebuilder,

Strong understanding of housebuilding and construction processes

*

Ability to manage trades, maintain quality, and ensure a smooth build process

*

A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

*

Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid)
