Workshop Controller – Main Dealership in Ipswich
Salary: £35,000 Basic
Location: Ipswich
Benefits: 25 Days Holiday (rising to 28), Company Pension

Are you an experienced Workshop Controller looking to advance your career in a dynamic main dealership? We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Ipswich.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the workshop.
Manage and coordinate the workflow of technicians.
Ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency are maintained.
Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements.
Liaise with service advisors and management to ensure customer satisfaction.Requirements:

Previous experience as a Workshop Controller or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of automotive repair processes and best practices.Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
