Halcyon are working closely with a family-owned organisation based in Gloucester to help with their search to find a strong registered manager with experience of working with adults with mild and complex learning disabilities. This specialist organisation offer support to adults with both mild and profound multiple learning disabilities, through their 4 residential services based around Gloucestershire.
This role in particular will be to manage a 9-bed residential service for adults with complex needs and challenging behaviours. As the Registered Manager of the home, it will be your responsibility to ensure all residents are provided with the care they need and that your staff team are confident and educated in the correct methods of delivering the high standards of care required.
Due to the nature of the role, you will be expected to have experience of managing challenging behaviours before and holding CQC registration for a home prior to this role. In return for your full commitment to this role, you will be offered a competitive salary of between £35,000 and £45,000 depending on your experience. You will be joining an established team and will have the support of a senior management team with years of experience in the sector.
