The Role of a Cover Supervisor

This role involves managing classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring that pre-set work is completed, and maintaining a productive learning atmosphere. You'll work across Key Stages 3 and 4, providing support across various subjects. With a focus on behavior management and effective communication, you'll engage with students, encourage their learning, and ensure they stay on task.

Requirements for a Cover Supervisor

Experience working with young people, ideally within an educational setting
Strong classroom management skills
Ability to communicate clearly and engage with students
Flexible, adaptable, and organized
A passion for education and supporting student progress
