About the Role
 
As Head of Account Management – Cross Border Solutions, you will lead a team of five experienced Key Account Managers, overseeing relationships with major clients across the UK. With a national remit, you will drive customer retention, revenue growth, and service excellence in this critical business unit.

  Experience in CROSS BORDER solutions is highly essential
  Proven leadership experience in Account Management within Transport, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
  Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans. 
 Exceptional stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
  A results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
A full, clean UK driving licence  Head of Account Management – Responsibilities   

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Key Account Managers. 
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring outstanding service delivery. 
Develop strategic account plans to drive business growth and retention. 
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance cross-border solutions and service offerings.
