Scheduling Administrator

My established client is looking for an organised and experienced administrator to assist in office scheduling and administrative tasks. Working within a fast-paced and growing team, a flexible and proactive approach to work and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities:

* Scheduling work diaries and book in customer appointments.

* Responding to all incoming calls and emails.

* Receiving all relevant information in relation to repairs and processing/redirecting this to the relevant person.

* Ordering parts and items identified by the engineering teams.

* General administration tasks and providing support to the wider team.

Requirements:

* Highly organised with experience of office-based administration.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Previous experience of scheduling is beneficial.

* Excellent IT skills are a must.

* Proactive and flexible attitude to work, attention to detail.
