We are currently looking for a Mobile Caretaker. You will be working around the Brentwood area. A van + fuel card will be provided

Monday - Friday

08:30am - 17:00pm

Temp Contract - Ongoing

Pay rate - £15ph umbrella

Job Purpose

Responsible for maintaining communal areas within Housing Estates, duties will include communal cleaning, grounds maintenance, estate inspections, carrying out small maintenance repairs as well as some responsibility in the health & safety and security issues of our estates.
