Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join our team, starting on May 1st, 2025. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing high-quality education to our Year 4 students, helping them achieve their full potential in a nurturing and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to the needs of Year 4 students.
* Mark and provide constructive feedback on students' work to support their progress.
* Keep classroom displays up to date, creating a stimulating and welcoming learning environment.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and high standards across the curriculum.
* Attend regular meetings and professional development sessions.
* Engage with parents and carers to keep them informed about student progress and school activities.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Enhanced Child & Adult DBS.
* Experience teaching at primary level.
* Strong planning, marking, and classroom management skills.
* Passion for teaching and a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff.
* Enthusiasm for maintaining engaging classroom displays and a stimulating learning environment.
