Competitive pay: £83.40-£100.00 per day
Age Group: KS3/KS4
Contract: Full-Time/Part-Time
 
About the Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be leading and supervising classes in the absence of regular teachers.
Maintain a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.
You will focus on helping students who need extra support with their work, ensuring they grasp essential concepts to improve their academic progress, exam results, and coursework.
Flexibility to work across departments.
Collaborate with the talented a teaching 
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
Support students in small groups and 1:1 sessions, focusing on areas they find challenging.
Help improve academic progress, exam results and coursework for students.
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the school’s vibrant teaching community. 
What Makes You a Great Fit for This Role:

Hold a (Qualified Teacher Status) QTS or hold a relevant Undergraduate degree/PGCE
Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
Experience working in a classroom or tutoring environment is desirable.
Ability to work with students on a 1:1, group, and class basis.
A full enhanced DBS check (can be processed through Smile Education).
