The Role
As a Supply Teaching Assistant in Southport, you'll provide essential support to students with a range of special educational needs. Working closely with school staff, you'll help foster an inclusive, positive, and engaging environment that meets the individual needs of each student.

Key Responsibilities:

Offer support to students with SEND, assisting with both academic and social development.
Work 1:1 with students or in small groups, following guidance from the class teacher.
Provide personal care assistance as needed.
Contribute to implementing behavioural and educational support plans.
Collaborate with staff to create a safe, welcoming, and productive learning space.Requirements:

Experience supporting children with SEND, preferably within an educational setting.
An empathetic and proactive approach.
Flexibility to adapt to different school environments in Southport.
