Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Barbican, City of London

Contract Details: Permanent, Full-Time (9am-4pm, Monday-Thursday)

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors with a warm smile ?
Assist with phone calls, emails, and scheduling tasks
Maintain a neat and organised reception area
Ensure that all visitors receive prompt and friendly assistance
Collaborate with various departments to meet business needs

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
Organised and capable of handling multiple tasks effectively ?️

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

A friendly and approachable demeanour that puts visitors at ease
Confident in dealing with individuals of all levels and backgrounds ?
Flexible, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Self-starter with a proactive attitude ?

Technologies:

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Phone systems and basic office equipment
