We are currently recruiting for a Facilities operative to work within SW11 on a ongoing basis which can lead to perm.

Working hours: Tuesday-Friday 07:15am-1600pm Saturday 0700am-1700pm (Sunday Monday off) Including meal breaks. Working hours will be flexible working outside of term time and will be required to work Monday-Friday

Salary- £27,352 plus overtime

Key responsibilities,

Keyholder responsibilities
Swimming pool operations, security personnel
Monitoring all water,L8/legionella controls and records, undertaking temperature checks and flushing procedures
Assisting room set ups
Delivery of mail, stationary and other materials
Risk assessments and procedures to reduce risk
Maintain accurate records, using computer
Qualifications/Knowledge,

HSE qualification
Knowledge of facilities and maintenance
First aid certificate
Enhanced DBS check or willing to be put through one.
