Role Type – Full Time / Permanent / Mon-Fri / 8-5

The Role

You’ll play a pivotal role in driving innovation and delivering exceptional products aligned with business strategy and customer category plans. You'll interpret customer briefs to create innovative concepts, present confidently to stakeholders, and ensure recipes meet nutritional and market requirements.

Proactively identifying trends and opportunities, you'll enhance category offerings while pushing technical and production boundaries to maximise efficiency and cost savings.

Collaboration with NPD, purchasing, and finance teams is essential for ingredient sourcing, costings, and interpreting briefs.

You'll also maintain a focus on health and safety and support cross-site development by working closely with technologists and chefs, occasionally traveling to other locations as needed.
