RTL Group are currently on the hunt for an experienced Contracts Manager with vast experience within Roofing.
We are looking to recruit a permanent, experienced, high level Contracts Manager, to lead various roofing projects, with a project cycle of 1-2 years. All work will be within located across the South East of England.
Job Summary
My client are a commercial and from time to time residential, roofing contractor. they have worked and completed numerous award-winning schemes throughout Central London and sorrounding areas. The client is a fast-paced company that place emphasis on self-motivation and ability to self-develop and learn. Client and staff satisfaction are our top priorities.
Responsibilities and Duties
The successful candidate will be working on the full cycle of a project from pre-construction and procurement, planning, Health and Safety management and monitoring, production, quality assurance, material installation, monthly variation and application accounts to final handover at Practical Completion.
They will lead a team with multiple site managers/supervisors reporting into them, with the candidate reporting into the Director
The candidate will be expected to be able to read drawings and track changes from contract drawings.
Qualifications and Skills
• Black or white CSCS card
• SMSTS and First Aid
•Experienced within commercial roofing.
• Communication and problem solving are key skills.
• A ‘can do’ attitude and optimistic outlook are personality traits that best fit within our organisation.
